Jury Duty
Jury service gives citizens the opportunity to participate in the judicial process. Prospective Jurors shall be selected and will be put in a pool for four(4) months at a time. You will be notified by mail when you are to appear.
There will be a questionnaire sent to you to complete and return to the court in the envelope provided for you. If you are 75 years of age or older, you may request to be excused. If you feel you are unable to serve as a juror for any other reason, please put your request in writing to the Judge as he is the only person authorized to excuse you.
Payment for jury duty service will be mailed to you.
